Oh man this is hard!

I am sure to say, that I am NOT the only person around that have tried to lose weight a hundred times. 
I do not think there is one diet I have not tried, and I guess it would be easy for me to say that they didn't work. 
But the thing is, they didn't work for me because I didn't try hard enough.
And for the simple fact that I LOVE FOOD!!! 

So what do me and others like me do ab out it? Well, I am taking the challenge here to lead others like me through losing weight. And it is actually very simple when you think about it.
To lose weight, burn more energy then you consume. OK, so you might think "been there, done that". 
Well this is where the plan is coming in to action. The best thing is to find the easiest way for YOU to lose weight. NOT for you to work around a diet, but for the diet to work around you.

Look at me, I don't have time to exercise, I don't even like it. So I will give myself a thousand reasons why I shouldn't get my butt off the sofa. 
I believe that you have to use a bit of a kamikaze tactic on your self to start getting more active. Slowly start to walk five minutes a day etc. Well, we can all get back to this later.

Well, I really hope there many of you that will join me in this quest for burning unwanted fat cells :D
